Denis Smykalov, Wolsen Real Estate
Born in Stavropol, Russia he came to America in 2006, at just twenty years old for a summer and stayed with a dream to achieve. Moving to Miami without knowing much English Denis had goals far greater than he imagined! Getting his real estate license in 2012 he fell in love with the industry. Denis knew this was the field for him when everyday felt like he was doing what he loved versus working. Being a realtor for two years, Smykalov decided to challenge himself some more and get his broker’s license at the age of 29.
Denis Smykalov built his career in the real estate industry over the last nine years by following his passion for being innovative, people and bringing the two together in the ideal environment. Achieving this goal so young, Smykalov decided to open an office in Sunny Isles Beach and became the owner of Wolsen Real Estate. With business on the rise, at one point there were 65 agents. Now there are 25 agents, a marketing department, social media department sales department and 3 assistants that have successfully helped bring in almost 80 million dollars in sales this year. His most notable accomplishments with Wolsen Real Estate were two crypto transactions. One was a resale at Marina Blue for $465,000, pre-construction at Waldorf Astoria for over $2.5 million as well as a villa sale on Hibiscus Island for $19 million.
When he’s not at the office at Wolsen Real Estate, Smykalov is thinking of ways to grow. Smykalov wants to get heavily involved with charity. He frequently donates clothes, furniture, electronic devices to children in Colombia and donated for the removal of plastic in the ocean.
